Adam Unsworth

Managing director

Adam has worked his way up through the ranks to become Managing Director and is integral to the ongoing development of the Company. Outside of work Adam enjoys spending time with his family, walking Woody & Wilbur the whippets, running, watching football and partaking in the odd pint of IPA.

Paul Hansford

Sales director

As Sales Director, Paul’s main responsibility is to develop new business whilst at the same time support existing clients to ensure all needs are met. When he’s not busy working away in the office, Paul can be found cheering on Manchester United and enjoying time with his family, sometimes at the same time!

Louise Ray

Director of marketing & communications

Louise is responsible for the companies PR and Marketing communications strategy, ensuring that all the long and short-term goals are met. Outside of work she enjoys watching her son play football and enjoys the odd G&T!

Anne Clarke

Finance manager

Anne is responsible for the running of the finance department, dealing with daily operational data such as cash collections and disbursements, debtors/creditors, VAT returns and payroll. In her spare time she enjoys walking her dog Tilly and long weekends away.

Tony Pratt

Production manager

One of our most experienced machine workers. Tony is responsible for ensuring that the factory floor is well orchestrated. He makes sure all machines are manned and monitors discipline. Tony enjoys a good caravan holiday and is a keen runner.

Jonathan Elsegood

Sales manager

Jonathan joined PCS to concentrate on generating and developing new prospects and opportunities, as well as handling inbound sales enquiries. He enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing on the sofa with a glass of cider.

Andy Philbin

Sales manager

As well as managing an ever-increasing portfolio of existing client accounts, Andy is focused on bringing in new clients and advising a tailored approach specific to their particular needs. Outside of work he can be found refereeing football matches, playing golf, or completing a never ending job list set by his wife, with ‘help’ from their cat, Parker!

John Willocks

Senior account manager

John provides a high level of professional customer service, whilst managing and driving a large volume of live campaigns from the initial brief through to despatch. He spends his spare time reliving his youth through his son, who has given him the enthusiasm to get out and enjoy a variety of activities some of which even include failed attempts on a stunt scooter.

Hayley Bennett

Account manager

Hayley is a highly experienced member of the team who boasts excellent industry knowledge and is responsible for the successful day to day running of many key accounts. Hayley would describe a great day out as a bit of retail therapy along with a visit to a bar and restaurant.

Zoe Benson

Account manager

Zoe mainly looks after our retail and entertainment clients. She brings a wealth of experience to the role and is always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of our customers. Zoe loves to travel and has recently returned from a holiday in New York with her husband. Her favourite word is "discombobulate" and dreams of one day living by the sea.

Kathryn Barwick

Hub manager

Kathryn is responsible for assisting customers via our web-to-print platform and ensuring the smooth progress of their orders.  Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family, walking the dog and an occasional G&T.

Martin Buckenham

Artwork studio manager

Martin liaises with Sales and Account Managers to design and assist clients with their card designs before final production. He can draw from 23 years worth of product design experience. In his spare time he enjoys a pint and watching Manchester United play football.

Adam Sherratt

Data administrator

Adam’s keen eye for detail helps to facilitate the analysis of customer data. Ensuring a smooth transition from client to final production. In his spare time Adam enjoys gaming and watching films.

Carl, Pawel, Jack, Neil & Tony are just some of the hard working staff who make up our card production team within both our digital and lithographic plants.

Card Bureau Team

Magda, Fred, James, Mike and Kai are just a few of the experienced team in our card bureau responsible for the personalisation and mailings of the various card schemes.
