Match & mailing
Our industry leading Kirk Rudy match mounting and affixing lines with fully customisable configurations offer our clients a huge range of options for their finished product. Our MBO folding machines allow us to finish stationery in a variety of ways as well as perforate and score. Both Lake Image and Kirk Rudy camera matching systems are used giving 100 per cent accuracy and the assurance the client needs.
Inserting
Automatic insertion into envelopes completes the personalisation cycle with additional inserts where required. All our systems are supported by in-line verification to allow for continuous production and also offer offline verification for batch QC checking.
Laser printing
High quality lasering of card carriers, using the latest Océ print systems, gives the optimum presentation impact to the customer welcome pack as well as providing the camera checking systems with the very best readability, aiding continuous production.
Inkjet printing
Designed for high speed stationery overprint, our inkjet systems can process a variety of sizes, thicknesses and finishes allowing efficient stationery personalisation. The systems can also be run in-line with camera card attaching to make certain of 100 per cent verification between the card and carrier.
Folding
We are able to offer a range of sharp and accurate folding to suit your job. Our folding equipment can handle a multitude of different formats for your card carrier or letters. Single, double Z fold, cross folding etc. are all in a day’s work for PCS and give the finished piece an outstanding appearance.
Pick & pack
Our highly skilled and experienced staff can fulfil all of your pick and pack requirements. Working from our own secure warehouse we are experts at stockholding and single or ongoing fulfilment. We can pack a variety of goods for distribution quickly and accurately to take the pressure of you!
