Precision Card Services, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of gift, loyalty, membership and hotel key cards has been named one of the best places to work in the UK by The Sunday Times.
The Sunday Times partnered with employee-experience platform WorkL to deliver fresh insights into what makes a Best Place to Work. Using 35 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, the awards accurately monitored employee engagement and well-being in the workplace.
“It is always great to win an award, but to have won the title of ‘Best Places to Work in the UK’, based on the feedback from our own team, makes this accolade even more rewarding,” said Adam Unsworth, Managing Director of Precision Card Services.
“We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service whilst creating a positive and supportive work environment where our employees can thrive, and it was great to see the anonymous feedback scores were well above average for the industry.”
Precision Card Services was praised by its employees for its strong leadership, employee empowerment, and overall happiness, with 0% of staff being concerned about their well-being in the workplace. The company also received high marks for job satisfaction and reward and recognition, as well as its approach to environmental sustainability.
Chris Longcroft, EVP Publisher, The Times and The Sunday Times, said: “The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards recognise companies that create a happier and fulfilling working environment for all, by fostering engagement from their teams, yielding great business and performance in return. Wishing all of those companies who made the grade this year many congratulations.”
