Adam Unsworth named in prestigious 42 under 42

PCS Managing Director, Adam Unsworth has capped off what has already been a stellar year by being selected for the 2019 42 Under 42 list by Insider Media North West. This annual award from Insider Media celebrates the strength of rising business stars under the age of 42.

Having started at PCS in 2001, Adam has worked his way up through the ranks to become Managing Director, and over the last 10 years has helped PCS realise a 100% increase in turnover as well as introducing export into Scandinavia and beyond. Outside of work Adam enjoys spending time with his family, running, walking the dogs and watching football.

PCS is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of recyclable and Eco-Degradable plastic cards with key areas to the business including card manufacturing, card personalisation and mailing, data processing, artwork and design as well as offering a secure warehouse facility of the storage and issue of stock into production. The expansion of the manufacturing plant to take it to 30,000 sq. ft has enabled its card production capacity to increase from 80 million to 160 million per annum.
