Tytherington based Plastic Card Services (PCS) is continuing its growth strategy with the appointment of Shaune Morris as a Litho Printer.
Having previously trained as an apprentice printer until the company he worked for was bought out and went into liquidation, Shaune went on to pursue a career through his hobby of exotic reptiles by selling and advising customers regarding the various types. He applied for the job at PCS as he had a desire to get back into printing.
Andy Simpson, Operations Director at PCS commented “It is great to have Shaune on-board as our new Litho Printer. We strongly believe it is the people that work for us who make us so successful, and it is great to employ somebody who genuinely wants to work in the printing industry.”
Shaune added “It is great to be able to get back into the world of print and PCS have a great reputation in the industry and I am looking forward to a long career here.”
PCS employs 54 people from their purpose built Macclesfield manufacturing plant and is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of plastic cards and associated services with clients across multiple markets in the UK and Europe.
