Designed for shorter run orders, the Plastic Card Hub allows customers to choose the exact quantity of cards they want (from 50-5,000) gain an instant price for their cards, upload or create a design from scratch (as well as include variable data) and buy online, all with the option of receiving their printed cards within 3 working days.
The Plastic Card Hub is the result of a £1 million investment by PCS to create a brand new state of the art digital print production facility at the company’s existing manufacturing campus in Macclesfield, Cheshire. PCS aim to be at the forefront of the plastic card industry and as such have spent the last 12 months working with software specialists to develop a truly unique web-to-print offering unlike any other available in the UK.

As well as standard CR80 plastic cards, customers can also choose from the increasingly popular card and fob format, 3 up fobs, hotel key cards with either mag stripe and DDA notches or contactless Mifare 1k chips, RFID shielding cards and contactless smart cards incorporating Mifare 1k or Mifare 4 chips.
