In developing our ongoing growth strategy we have recently made a significant investment of over £1 million to establish a completely separate digital card production facility sited on our modern manufacturing campus here in Macclesfield.
We are committed to offering you the most up-to-date and efficient service possible which is why when choosing equipment for the digital production facility we have invested in the very best available in the card industry. Our press of choice is the HP Indigo 5900 7 colour digital printing press, specifically designed with plastic card production in mind and gives exceptional imaging for your plastic cards.
This is supported by a Coltec fully automatic sheet-fed collator for accurately assembling the various elements that make up a card, ensuring that all tolerances are maintained. Buerkle which is recognised around the world for providing the very best quality in card finishing is our laminator of choice.
Clients can now benefit from our dedicated litho-based card production facility and the new digital card production facility, both of which are supported by our comprehensive card bureau and personalisation lines.
