Following a series of major contract wins, including Premier Inn, Holland & Barrett and Showcase Cinemas, Macclesfield-based plastic card manufacturer, Plastic Card Services (PCS), has expanded its account management team with the appointment of Kimberley Wadsworth.
Kimberley, from Macclesfield, joins PCS with extensive customer service experience, gained from several roles within the retail and catering industries. In her position as account manager, Kimberly will be responsible for the day-to-day running of client accounts and maintaining the company’s highest standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
“Kimberley has a fantastic attitude and will be a real asset to our business,” said Rob Nicholls, managing director at Plastic Card Services. “In the past year, we’ve experienced significant growth as a company, so when looking to expand our team we needed a person who shares our ‘can do’ ethos and can help nurture excellent working relationships with our clients, which Kimberly is already doing.”
Speaking about her new role, Kimberley, added: “PCS works with lots of well-known high street brands and is a successful, growing business with a great culture, so I’m really looking forward to being part of the team.”
This latest appointment takes the headcount at PCS to over 50.
