Following another successful year of growth, including its ever-increasing digital printing capability, Macclesfield based Plastic Card Services (PCS) is pleased to announce several exciting staff changes including the addition of two new employees, as well as two internal promotions.
Adam Unsworth commented “We are committed to continually growing our business and investing in our resources which include our staff. Having four new appointments to kick start 2020 is really encouraging.”
Jackie O’Neill and Adam Sherratt have joined the company to take up the roles of Account Manager and Data Administrator, which became available as a result of Andy Philbin and Rob Scovell being promoted to the Sales and Marketing teams.
As an Account Manager, Jackie’s focus will be on making sure all customers’ needs are met and ensure the smooth progress of their orders, whilst Adam’s keen eye for detail will see him facilitate the analysis of customer data.
Adam observed “It has been an exciting new experience starting at PCS and I am lucky to have received such a warm welcome. I am looking forward to learning more in the future.” Jackie agreed saying “PCS is an amazing family to be a part of. Everyone has been so welcoming and eager to help ensure my everyday experience is a good one.”
PCS is keen to maximise every employees’ abilities and help them reach their full potential by opening up new opportunities wherever possible. This is demonstrated through filling available positions internally as well as providing the necessary training to help them along the way.
Not only has Rob Scovell been promoted to Marketing Executive where he will be responsible for both internal and external communications, but he is also undertaking the respected Chartered Institute of Marketing level 4 Apprenticeship.
Rob remarked “Having worked here for a few years, I have a solid understanding of how the business works and its values, so when I was approached about applying for the newly created position, I was naturally thrilled! Although a steep learning curve, I am excited about the challenges that lie ahead, as well as studying for my apprenticeship and look forward to helping the business grow.”
Andy added “Making the move to the Sales team where I will be responsible for managing existing clients accounts, as well as bringing in new ones presents a fresh challenge for me, but one that I am delighted to undertake. I am really looking forward to the fast-paced nature of the role and seeing the impact I have upon the company.
