Following another successful year of growth, Macclesfield based Plastic Card Services (PCS) is delighted to welcome a trio of new starters to expand its sales and account management teams with the addition of Jim Paterson, Joe Welsh and Andy Philbin.
Adam Unsworth Sales Director at PCS commented “With a strategic growth plan in place which over the coming years will include significant investment, it was vital that we expanded our sales and client services teams in order to support these plans. Talent is key to the success of the Company and we are very excited to see Jim, Joe and Andy develop and progress with us.”
Graduates Joe and Jim were recruited through Pareto Law and will receive extensive sales training to help them grow in their roles and drive the business forward, and Andy’s strong customer service background made him the ideal candidate for the account management role where he will manage the day-to-day running of customer accounts whilst maintaining the exacting standards of both product quality and customer satisfaction that PCS prides itself on.
Adam added “PCS has experienced year on year growth, which has seen our turnover grow from £4.2m to £5.8m over the past 3 years, and 2016 saw a number of contract extensions and major new client accounts come on board from companies such as Coop Denmark and Cineworld.”
